At Sportek International, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if you are not, you can return your items in their original condition within 30 days of purchase. We offer a streamlined process for returns and exchanges to ensure you get back to your training as quickly as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in unworn, sellable condition.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
